Our warranty applies only to genuine Muzzo products purchased directly from our official website or authorized resellers.

Warranty Period: 6 months from the date of purchase
Covers:
Manufacturing defects in material or workmanship
Broken zippers, loose stitching, or hardware malfunction
Does Not Cover:
Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
Stains, color fading, or damage due to exposure to moisture or sunlight
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or alterations
Warranty Period: 1 year from the date of purchase
Covers:
Manufacturing defects in movement or internal mechanism
Does Not Cover:
Battery, strap, glass, or cosmetic damage
Water damage (unless specified as water-resistant)
Perfumes and fragrances are not covered under warranty once the packaging seal is broken or the product is used, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Order ID or proof of purchase
Product name and description of the defect
Clear photos or videos of the defective area
Our customer service team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
After receiving your request:
Our quality team will inspect the product.
If the defect is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.
If an identical product is unavailable, a store credit or similar replacement may be offered.
Please note that the decision to repair, replace, or issue credit is at Muzzo’s sole discretion based on product condition and availability.
This warranty does not apply to:
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
Damage due to improper care, accidents, or negligence
Natural wear and tear from regular use
Products altered or repaired by a third party
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs when sending the item for inspection.
Muzzo will cover the cost of shipping repaired or replaced items back to the customer.
Under no circumstances shall Muzzo be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
