At Muzzo, we aim to deliver your favorite products — from Backpacks, Clutches, Handbags, Perfumes, Potlis, Sling Bags, Wallets, to Watches — quickly and safely to your doorstep. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, handle, and deliver orders placed on www.muzzo.com.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with your tracking details.

  • During high-demand seasons or promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999 (India only).

  • Orders below ₹999 may include a nominal shipping fee, displayed at checkout.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional COD handling fee may apply.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Areas: 5–8 business days

  • Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Each order is carefully packed and tracked until it reaches you.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

  • You can track your package anytime on our website or the courier’s tracking page.

6. International Shipping

Currently, Muzzo ships only within India.
We are working to expand our international shipping options soon.


7. Delays and Delivery Issues

While we strive for timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to:

  • Natural calamities or extreme weather

  • Transportation strikes or courier network disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

In such cases, our support team will keep you informed and assist with resolution.


8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate and complete at checkout.
Muzzo will not be responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


9. Undelivered Packages

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts:

  • The package may be returned to our warehouse.

  • Upon return, we will contact you for reshipment (additional charges may apply) or refund (excluding shipping fees).


10. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a damaged or tampered package:

  1. Do not accept the delivery.

  2. Take clear photos of the package.

  3. Notify us immediately at muzzoenterprises@gmail.com or +91-8210065831.
    We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
