Return & Refund Policy

At Muzzo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer an easy and transparent return and refund process. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our terms.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perfumes (once seal is broken or product is used)

  • Personal accessories that show signs of use

  • Items purchased on final sale or marked non-returnable


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at muzzoenterprises@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your Order ID, product name, reason for return, and clear images of the item showing the issue (if any).

  3. Our customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions, including pickup or return shipping details.


3. Product Inspection

Once the returned product reaches us, our quality team will inspect it.

  • If the return meets our criteria, we will approve a replacement or refund.

  • If the product is found used, damaged, or not in its original condition, the return may be rejected and sent back to you.


4. Refunds

After your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping or COD charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrectly shipped by us.


5. Exchange Policy

We currently offer product exchange for eligible categories such as Backpacks, Handbags, Sling Bags, Wallets, and Watches.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested product is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be provided.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at muzzoenterprises@gmail.com with photos/videos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery as per our return policy.
